Rhoddir HYSBYSIAD trwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Penfro yn bwriadu, nid llai na saith diwrnod ar 61 dyddiad yr hysbysiad hwn, gwneud gorchymyn o dan adran 14 o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Trafflg Ffyrdd 1984 fel y'i diwygiwyd gan Ddeddf Traffig Ffyrdd (Cyfyngiadau Dros Dro) 1991.
Mae'r Gorchymyn arfaethedig yn angenrheidiol fel y gellir gwneud gwaith i osod llwybr troed a system flaenoriaeth.
Effaith y Gorchymyn fydd gwahardd holl draffig cerbydol dros dro, oni bai am gerbydau eithriedig, rhag mynd ar hyd y rhan honno o Ffordd y Capel (C3121), Scleddau - o'i chyffordd 3 ffordd yr A40(T) Hwlffordd i Abergwaun, i'r de i'w chyffordd § stad Waun Las.
Bydd traffig yn cael ei ddargyfeirio ar hyd ffordd yr A40(T) o Hwlffordd i Abergwaun, ffordd yr A4219 o Scleddau i Dwrbach, ffordd yr C3025 tuag at Fryn Trefwrdan a Ffordd y Capel (C3121).
Bydd mynediad i gerddwyr yn cael ei gynnal trwy gydol y cyfnod y bydd y ffordd ar gau. Y bwriad yw y bydd y cyfyngiadau, a fydd yn cael eu dangos gan arwyddion ffyrdd, yn dod i rym ddydd Llun, 9 lonawr 2023, ac yn parhau mewn grym am oddeutu chwe wythnos neu hyd nes bydd y gwaith wedi'i gwblhau.
Bydd y gorchymyn yn parhau i fod yn ddilys am uchafswm o 12 mis fel cynllun with
gefn pe bai angen aildrefnu'r gwaith neu os bydd unrhyw amgylchiadau annisgwyl.

The County Of Pembroke (Class Iii (C3121) Chapel Road, Scleddau) (Temporary Prohibition Of Vehicular Traffic) Order 2022
NOTICE is hereby given that Pembrokeshire County Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991. The proposed Order is necessary so that work to provide a footway installation and priority system can be carried out
is hereby given that Pembrokeshire County Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991. The proposed Order is necessary so that work to provide a footway installation and priority system can be carried out
The effect of the Order will be to temporarily prohibit all vehicular traffic other than exempted vehicles from proceeding along that section of Chapel Road (C3121), Scleddau - from its junction with the A40(T) Haverfordwest to Fishguard road south to its junction with Waun Las estate.
The alternative route for traffic will be via the A40(T) Haverfordwest to Fishguard road, A4219 Scleddau to Dwrback road, C3025 towards Jordanston Hill and C3121 Chapel Road.
Pedestrian access will be maintained for the duration of the closure. It is intended that the restrictions, which will be signed accordingly, will come into effect on Monday 9th January 2023 and remain in force for approximately 6 weeks or until completion of the works.
The Order will remain valid for a maximum period of 12 months as a contingency should
the works need to be rescheduled or in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.
