Rhoddir HYSBYSIAD trwy hyn fbd Cyngor Sir Penfro yn bwriadu, nid llai na saith diwmod o ddyddiad yr hysbysiad hwn, gwneud gorchymyn o dan adran 14 o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 fel y'i diwygiwyd gan Ddeddf Traffig Ffyrdd (Cyfyngiadau Dros Dro) 1991.
Mae'r gorchymyn arfaethedig yn angenrheidiol fel y gellir gwneud gwaith gwella ac algyweirio i'r gerbytffordd.
Effaith y gorchymyn fydd gwahardd yr holl draffig cerbydol dros dro, oni bai am gerbydau esempt, rhag mynd ar hyd y rhannau hynny o ffordd yn Noc Penfro a bennir yn yr atodlen i'r hysbysiad hwn.
Bydd y llwybr amgen ar gyfer traffig yn cael ei bennu a'i arwyddo'n briodol wrth i'r gwaith fynd rhagddo.
Bydd mynediad i gerddwyr yn cael ei gynnal trwy gydol y cyfnod y bydd y ffordd ar gau.
Y bwriad yw y bydd y cyfyngiadau, a fydd yn cael eu dangos gan arwyddion ffyrdd
priodol, yn dod i rym ddydd Llun, 9 lonawr 2023, am hyd o oddeutu tair wythnos.
Bydd y gorchmynion unffordd ar gyfer Dimond Street, Lewis Street, Gordon Street
a Link Road o faes parcio Lower Meyrick Street i Western Way yn cael eu hatal dros
dro yn ystod y gwaith yn yr ardaloedd hynny er mwyn galluogi mynediad a ffordd allan
i eiddo / busnesau / y maes parcio He bo hynny'n ymarferol.
Bydd y gorchymyn yn parhau i fod yn ddilys am uchafswm o 18 mis fel cynllun wrth
gefn pe bai angen aildrefnu'r gwaith neu os bydd unrhyw amgylchiadau annisgwyl.

The County Of Pembroke (Various Adjoining Roads, Pembroke Dock) (Temporary Prohibition Of Vehicular Traffic) Order 2022
NOTICE is hereby given that Pembrokeshire County Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991.
The proposed Order is necessary so that carriageway enhancement and repair works can be carried out
The effect of the Order will be to temporarily prohibit all vehicular traffic other than exempted vehicles from proceeding along those sections of road in Pembroke Dock as detailed in the schedule to this notice.
The alternative route for traffic will be determined and signed accordingly as works progress.
Pedestrian access will be maintained for the duration of the closure.
It is intended that the restrictions, which will be signed accordingly, will come into effect
on Monday 9* January 2023 for a duration of approximately 3 weeks.
The One way orders for Dimond Street, Lewis Street, Gordon Street and Link Road
from Lower Meyrick Street car park onto Western Way will be temporarily suspended
during the works within those areas to enable access and egress to properties/
businesses/car park where practicable.
The Order will remain valid for a maximum period of 18 months as a contingency should the works need to be rescheduled or in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.
