Hysbysir drwy hyn fad Cyngor Sir Ceredigion wedi gwneud Gorchymyn Diwygio (Gorchmynion Rheoli Traffig Arbrofol Aberystwyth, Aberaeron, Ceinewydd ac Aberteifi 2022) 2022, fydd yn weithredol o 26/11/2022, o dan Adran 9 Deddf Rheoli Traffig y Ffyrdd 1984. Effaith y Gorchymyn hwn fydd diwygio Gorchymyn Cyngor Sir Ceredigion (Un ffordd a Gwahardd Troi) (Aberaeron, Aberystwyth, Aberteifi a Cheinewydd) (Arbrofol) 2022 a Gorchymyn Cyngor Sir Ceredigion (Gwahardd a Chyfyngu Aros, Llwytho a Dadlwytho) (Aberaeron, Aberystwyth, Aberteifi a Cheinewydd) (Arbrofol) 2022, am fod oedi na ellirfod wedi ei ragweld with gwblhau'rgwaith. Nodir fel a ganlyn:
1. Bydd y dyddiad ar gyfer gweithredu'r ddau Orchymyn Arbrofol yma yn newid o 10 Mehefin 2022 i 4 Gorffennaf 2022, a rhagwelir y bydd y Gorchymyn yn weithredol am 18 mis o 4 Gorffennaf 2022.
2. O ganlyniad bydd y cyfnod ymgynghori chwech mis lie gellir cyflwyno gwrthwynebiadau i'r ddau Orchymyn Arbrofol yma'n dod i ben ar 4 lonawr 2023.
3. Ar 614 lonawr 2023 bydd Cyngor Sir Ceredigion yn penderfynu a fydd y ddau Orchymyn Arbrofol yma'n barhaol, i'w diwygio neu eu diddymu.

Os bydd unrhyw un am gwesbynu dilysrwydd y Gorchymyn hwn, neu unrhyw ddarpariaeth sy'n rhan ohono ar y sail nad yw o fewn pwerau'r Ddeddf, neu nad yw wedi cydymffurfio ag unrhyw ofyniad y Ddeddf neu unrhyw reoliadau a wnaed o dan y Ddeddf gellir gwneud hynny o fewn 6 wyttinos o'r dyddiad a nodwyd ar y Gorchymyn a chyfiwyno cais i'r Uchel Lys erbyn 05/01/2023 i'r perwyl yma.
Ceredigion County Council
The Council give notice that it has made the Ceredigion County Council (Aberystwyth, Aberaeron, New Quay, and Cardigan Experimental Traffic Regulation Orders 2022) Amendment Order 2022, effective from 26/11/2022, under Section 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.The effect of this order is to amend the Ceredigion County Council (One Way and Prohibition of Turn) (Aberaeron, Aberystwyth, Cardigan, and New Quay) (Experimental) Order 2022 and the Ceredigion County Council (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading and Unloading) (Aberaeron, Aberystwyth, Cardigan, and New Quay) (Experimental) Order 2022, due to unforeseen delay in the completion of physical works, as follows:
1. The coming into force date for those two Experimental Orders is changed from 10th June 2022 to 4th July 2022, and their effective duration is thus 18 months from 4th July 2022.
2. Consequently, the end of the six month consultation period during which any objections to the two Experimental Orders will be received is 4th January 2023.
3. After 4th January 2023 Ceredigion County Council will decide if the two Experimental Orders may be made permanent, amended, or revoked.

Any person who questions the validity of this Order, or any provision contained on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirement of the Act or of any regulations made under the Act has not been complied with may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made, apply to the High Court by the 05/01/2023 for that purpose.
