Somerset County Council District of Sedgemoor Parish of Puriton Temporary Closure of Canns Lane
Somerset County Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, have made an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Canns Lane - from the junction with Middle Street, southwards for a total distance of 109 metres. This Order will enable Milestone Infrastructure to carry out drainage works.
The Order becomes effective on 29th November 2022 and will remain in force for eighteen months. The works are expected to commence on 5th December 2022 and last until 23rd December 2022 between the hours of 00:00 - 23:59 for a total of 19 days.
