Notice of Application for a New Premises Licence Under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003.

Notice is hereby given that Guvnor (UK) Ltd have applied to the London Borough of Newham Council for a new premises licence for LA Lounge, 26 North Woolwich Road, Silvertown, London E16 2AB to permit: 1) The performance of live & recorded music & the performance of dance from 23.00 to 04.00 the following day Wednesday to Sunday; 2) The provision of late night refreshment from 23.00 to 04.00 the following day Wednesday to Sunday. 3) The sale of alcohol for consumption on & off the premises from 11.00 to 23.00 Monday & Tuesday and from 11.00 to 04.00 the following day Wednesday to Sunday. Any representations by any other person or responsible authority must be received in writing by the Licensing Authority by 17th December 2022 stating the nature and grounds for making such representation. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.
