THE NORTH AYRSHIRE COUNCIL TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (SCOTLAND) ACT 1997 THE NORTH AYRSHIRE COUNCIL (TOWNHEAD CLOSE, LARGS) STOPPING UP ORDER 2022
THE NORTH AYRSHIRE COUNCIL hereby give notice that they have made an Order under Section 207 Et 208 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 authorising the Stopping Up of a road described in the Schedule hereto. The Order is about to be submitted to the Scottish Ministers for confirmation or to be confirmed as an unopposed Order. Townhead Close will be stopped up and closed to all traffic (including pedestrian traffic). The stopping up of Townhead Close, Largs is necessary to enable development to be carried out in accordance with planning permission granted under Part III of the said Act.
A copy of the Order and relevant plans showing Townhead Close to be stopped up may be inspected at Largs Library, 26 Allanpark Street, Largs KA30 9AF and at Cunninghame House, Irvine, KA12 8EE by any person free of charge at all reasonable hours or at
for a period of 28 days from 30th November 2022. ANY PERSON may, within 28 days of 30th November 2022, object to the making of the Order by notice in writing to the Senior Manager (Legal Services), The North Ayrshire Council, Cunninghame House, Irvine, KA12 8EE or

. Objections should state the name and address of the objector, the matters to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made. If no representations or objections in respect of the Order are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, within the said period, the Order may be confirmed by the Council as an unopposed Order.
