APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is given that Zoe Marshall has applied to West Dorset District Council for a Premises Licence in respect of The Barn, Oak Apple, Axe Lane, Drimpton, Beaminster, Dorset for the Sale of Alcohol off the premises generally from Monday to Sunday over 24 hours.

Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to, The Licensing Office, West Dorset District Council, c/o North Quay Offices, Weymouth, Dorset DT4 8TA within 28 days from the date of this notice. The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the above address or on.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
