Notice is hereby given that on 2 November 2022 a petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court by the Directors of Geek Retreat Franchising Ltd (Company Number SC528634) craving the Court inter alia to order that Geek Retreat Franchising Ltd having their Registered Office at Spaces, 100 West George Street, Glasgow, Scotland, G2 1PP be wound up by the Court and that Joint Liquidators be appointed; and that, in the meantime Ian William Wright and Scott Milne, Insolvency Practitioners, Quantuma Advisory Limited, 3rd Floor, Turnberry House, 175 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2LB be appointed Joint Provisional Liquidators of the said Company; in which Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 19 November 2022 appointed the said Ian William Wright and Scott Milne, as Joint Provisional Liquidators with the Powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 and paragraph 6 of Part III Sehdule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986; and that until an interim liquidator of the said Company is appointed; and appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
