Notice Of Proposal The Borough Of Watford (Green Lane, Watford) (No Waiting Restrictions) Order 2022

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Watford Borough Council, acting as agents for Hertfordshire County Council proposes to make the above-mentioned Order pursuant to arrangements made under Section 19 of the Local Government Act 2000 and the Local Government (Arrangements for Discharge of Functions) (England) Regulations 2000 with the Hertfordshire County Council, and in exercise of the powers conferred on that County under Sections 1,2,3,4 and Part 6 of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (referred to as "the Act") and all other enabling powers. The general effect of the Order will be to introduce waiting restrictions in Green Lane, between its junction with Oxhey Road and the Watford Borough/Three Rivers District Boundary, and in Sonia Close, as follows.

(A) To introduce No Waiting Monday to Friday 10am to 11am on sections of the East Side of Green Lane.

(B) To introduce No Waiting Monday to Friday 11am to Noon on sections of the West Side of Green Lane

(C) To introduce No Waiting at Any Time on the North and South sides of Sonia Close, and on sections of Green Lane.

(D) To consolidate all areas of existing sections of No Waiting at Any Time in Green Lane, between within this order.
