Environmental Protection Historic Environment Scotland ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005: SECTION 8(1) THE HISTORIC ENVIRONMENT STRATEGY FOR SCOTLAND Screening Determination Under section 8(1) of the above Act, Historic Environment Scotland has determined, in consultation with The Scottish Environment Protection Agency and NatureScot, that the above plan is likely to have significant environmental effects and an environmental assessment is required.
