Notice is hereby given that on 9th November 2022 a petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court by the Directors of Allinoil Limited craving the Court inter alia to order that Allinoil Limited (SC591104) having their Registered Office 131 Cambuslang Road, Cambuslang Investment Park, Glasgow, G32 8NB be wound up by the Court and that Joint Interim Liquidators be appointed in which Petition The Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 22nd November 2022 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
