Rhoddir rhybudd drwy hyn bod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Wrecsam, ar 23.11.2022, wedi gwneud y Gorchymyn uchod, a'r effaith fydd gwahardd cerbydau rhag aros ar unrhyw adeg ar Ffordd y Dderwen, Ystad Ddiwydiannol Wrecsam, ar y ddwy ochr, 236 metr i'r dwyrain o'r gyffordd a Lon Bryn am 240 metr.
Copi o'r Gorchymyn fydd yn dod i rym ar 28.11.2022. Os hoffech chi gwestiynu dilysrwydd y Gorchymyn neu unrhyw ddarpariaeth a geir ynddo ar y sail nad yw o fewn y pwerau a roddir gan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1964 neu na fodlonwyd gofynion y Ddeddf honno neu unrhyw offeryn a wnaad dani, gallwch wneud cais i'r Uchel Lys at y diben fiwn, cyn pen chwa wythnos o 25.11.2022.

Notice is hereby given that on 23.11.2022 Wrexham County Borough Council made the above Order the effect of which is to prohibit the waiting of vehicles at any time Oak Road Wrexham industrial Estate, Both Sides, 236 metres east of the junction with Bryn Lane for 240 metres
A copy of the Order which will come into force on 28.11.2022, If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained within it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the 1984 Act, or on the grounds that any requirements of the 1984 Act or of any instrument made under it, have not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks from 25.11.2022 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
