PROPOSAL: Outline planning application for a mixed-use development comprising up to 1,552 dwellings, a local centre (Use Classes A1-5, D1, C2 and C3), a primary school (Use Class D1), public open space, landscaping, the construction of new vehicular accesses including a bridge across the A419 and associated works. (Means of access not reserved). The application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement.


LOCATION: Kingsdown (Land to the east of A419), Swindon, Wilts.
