Notice of making of a Public Path Diversion Order Highways Act 1980 North Yorkshire County Council Public Footpath Nos. 10.175/22 & 10.175/23, Burton House, Yearsley. Diversion Order 2022.

The above Order, made on 04/11/22, under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 will divert the Public Footpaths described as:- Public Footpath No. 10.175/22 between GR SE 5643 7383 & GR SE 5676 7371, will be diverted onto a new line between GR SE 5643 7383 & GR SE 5672 7363. Public Footpath No. 10.175/23 between GR SE 5663 7372 & GR SE 5672 7363, will be diverted onto a new line between GR SE 5676 7371 and GR SE 5672 7363.A copy of the Order and the Order map may be seen free of charge during normal office hours at Easingwold Community Library, Market Place, Easingwold, North Yorkshire until 23/12/22. Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to Claire Phillips at the above address not later than 23/12/22.Please state the grounds on which they are made. Please note that objections/representations cannot be treated as confidential and may come into the public domain. Copies of any objections or representations received may be disclosed to interested parties, including the Planning Inspectorate where the case is referred to it for determination. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are with­drawn, North Yorkshire County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirma­tion, any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
