Main Street, Premises Licensing

Notice is hereby given that Hawthorn Leisure Limited has applied in respect of the Royal George Tavern 11-13 Main Street Shildon DL4 1AJ for a variation to the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for:To extend the sale of alcohol until Midnight on Sunday (currently permitted until 22.30 hour).To permit the premises to open on Sunday until 00.30 hours the following day. (currently permitted until 23.00 hours). All other hours and activities to remain unchanged.

Representations to this application must be made in writing, by the end of 21 December 2022, to the Durham County Council Licensing Authority at PO Box 617, Durham, DHI 9HZ. The register of licensing applications can be inspected at Durham County Council Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, DH7 8RS during office hours.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons wil be kble on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
