NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The North Pub Company Limited have applied to Cheshire West & Chester Council for the grant of a premises licence in respect of The Dee Miller, 1 Coniston Road, Kingsway, Chester. CH2 2LH The application is to allow the following licensable activities to take place: Sale of alcohol on the premises/Sale of alcohol off the premises/Provision of regulated entertainment live and recorded music/Provision of late-night refreshment. CH65 0BA Monday Friday 9am to 4pm, except bank holidays.

It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
