Licensing Act 2003 Notice Of Application For A Premises Licence Under Section 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 15th November 2022 Wm Morrison Supermarkets Limited applied to Cheshire West and Chester Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Morrisons Store and Petrol Filling Station, Nat Lane, Winsford CW7 3BS. The proposed licensable activities are - 1. The supply of alcohol from 00.00 to 24.00 Mondays to Sundays. 2. The provision of late night refreshment from 23.00 to 05.00 Mondays to Sundays.

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- The Licensing Team, Cheshire West and Chester Council, The Portal, Wellington Road, Ellesmere Port CH65 0BA no later than the 13th December 2022 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Cheshire West and Chester Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the above Council address Monday - Friday 9am - 4:30pm, except bank holidays. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
