Notice of Public Paths Diversions Order
Town And Country Planning Act 1990 Section 257 And Schedule 14 Wychavon District Council Public Paths Diversion Order 2022
Footpaths 502 (Part), 503 (Part), 514 (Part) and 515 (Part) Pinvin, Worcestershire
The above Order was made on 10 November 2022. The effect of the Order will be to STOP UP
(A) The existing Footpath No. 502 (part) Pinvin running from Point L (Grid reference 394826 248958) across pasture land in an easterly direction to Point G (Grid reference 394938 248970) where it meets Footpath 503 | Pinvin, all as shown on the Plan.
The overall length of the path is approximately 114 metres and is shown as a bold black line on the Plan.
(B) The existing Footpath No. 503 (part) Pinvin running from Point G (Grid Reference 394938 248970) across pasture land in a north-easterly direction to Point H (Grid Reference 394947 248980)where it continues as Footpath No.503 Pinvin, all as shown on the Plan.
The overall length of the path is approximately 13 metres | and is shown as a bold black line on the Plan.
(C) The existing Footpath No. 514(part) Pinvin running from Point G(Grid Reference 394938 248970) across pasture land in a south-easterly direction to Point F(Grid Reference 394952 248955) where it continues as Footpath No. 514.
The overall length of the path is approximately 20 metres | and is shown as a bold black line on the Plan.
(D) The existing Footpath No. 515 (part) Pinvin running from Point E (Grid Reference 394972 248884) across pasture land in a southerly direction to Point A (Grid Reference 395038 248632) where it continues as Footpath No.515 Pinvin.
The overall length of the path is approximately 268 metres and is shown as a bold black line on the Plan. AND CREATE new footpaths:
(A) A new footpath running from Point L (Grid reference 394826 248958) in a northerly direction for approximately 43 metres to Point K (Grid reference 394826 249001) then north-easterly for approximately 84 metres to Point J (Grid reference 394886 249060), then easterly for approximately 51 metres to Point I (Grid Reference 394937 249058) and then southerly for approximately 78 metres to Point H (Grid Reference 394947 248980) where it meets Footpath 503, all as shown on the Plan.
The new footpath shall be 2 metres in width, nominally level in its cross axis and will be approximately 256 metres in length, as shown as bold black dashes on the Plan. (B) A new footpath running from Point H (Grid Reference 394947 248980) in a southerly direction for approximately 25 metres to Point F (Grid Reference 394952 248955), where it continues as Footpath No.514 Pinvin.
The new footpath shall be 2 metres in width, nominally level in its cross axis and will be approximately 25 metres in length, as shown as bold black dashes on the Plan. (C) A new footpath running from Point A (Grid Reference 395038 248632)in a north-easterly direction for approximately 11 metres to Point B (Grid Reference 395046 248639) then in an easterly direction for approximately 102 metres to Point C (Grid Reference 395146 248660) then in a north-easterly direction for approximately 74 metres to Point D (Grid Reference 395189 248721) where it meets Footpath no.529 Pinvin.
The new footpath shall be 2 metres in width, nominally level in its cross axis and will be approximately 187 metres overall in length, as shown as bold black dashes on the Plan.
A copy of the Order and the Order Plan may be seen free I of charge at the Civic Centre at the address below during | normal office hours. Copies of the Order and Order Plan may be bought there at a price of £2.00 each. Any representation about or objection to the Order may be sent or delivered in writing addressed to The Director | of Legal and Governance, Wychavon District Council, Civic Centre, Queen Elizabeth Drive, Pershore, WR10 1PT (ref. Legal/PMH) not later than 30 December 2022. Please state the grounds on which it is made.
If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Wychavon District Council may itself confirm the Order as an unopposed order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
