Diversion Of Footpath Ea-500 (Part) (Formerly Footpath 1) In The Parish Of Earls Croome Public Path Diversion And Definitive Map Modification Order 2022
The above Order, made on 26 October 2022, under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, and Section 53A(2) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, will divert the public footpath, and modify the definitive map and statement for Worcestershire accordingly, running from Ordnance Survey Grid Reference (OSGR) SO 8602 4302; the footpath proceeds generally south-south-west for 220 metres to OSGR SO 8597 4281; turns west for 28 metres to OSGR SO 8594 4281; turns south-west for 207 metres to terminate at OSGR SO 8579 4268 to a line running from OSGR SO 8602 4302 with a width of 2 metres; the footpath proceeds generally west-south-west for 90 metres to OSGR SO 8594 4299; turns south-south-west for 190 metres to a pedestrian gate at OSGR SO 8588 4281; continues south-south-west for 6 metres to a pedestrian gate at OSGR SO 8588 4280; turns south-west for 160 metres to OSGR SO 8579 4268 as shown on the order map.

Any representations about or objections to the order may be sent in writing to the Mapping Manager, Public Rights of Way Mapping Team, The Countryside Centre, Worcester Woods Country Park, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2LG or
not later than 23 December 2022. Please state the grounds on which they are made.
If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the County Council may confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.
