We Buena Comida Ltd hereby give notice that an application was made to Dudley Metropolitan Council on the 15/11/2022 for the Grant of a new Premises Licence to operate a premises at: Buena Comida, 220 Moor Street, Brierley Hill, DY5 3TA from which the following licensable activities are proposed. Retail of Alcohol for consumption off the premises from 11:00 to 00:30 Monday to Sunday and Late Night Refreshment from 23:00 to 00:030 Monday to Sunday. Any interested party or Responsible Authority may make representations in writing to the Licensing Section within 28 Consecutive Days of the day of application was made as detailed above. The last day for representations being the 12/12/2022. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and a person may be liable on summary conviction of an unlimited fine. 15/11/2022
