Harlow District Council (Brays Mead Harlow) (Off Street Permit Parking Places) Order 2023. Notice Of Intention

Harlow District Council ("the Council''), under Sections 1(1), 2(2), 3, 4(1), 4(2), 32, 35, 45(1), 45(2), 46(1), 46(2), 49, 53, 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the 1984 Act") (as amended by the Road Traffic Regulation (Parking) Act 1986) and Sections 43, 66 and 74 (as modified by Statutory Instrument 2003 No. 2440) and Part 6 of the Traffic Management Act 2004 ("the 2004 Act") and of all other powers enabling in that behalf and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act and in accordance with the Local Authorities Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996, Intend to make the following Order:
Harlow District Council (Brays Mead Harlow, Essex)
(Off Street Permit Parking Places) order 2023.

The effect of this Order will be to;
a) Introduce Off Street permit parking places.
To the area of the road shown on the plan and specified in the schedules to this Order.

A copy of the proposed Order and associated plan is available for inspection at the Civic Centre, Water Gardens Harlow CM20 1WG and Chelmsford Library, Market Road, Chelmsford, CM1 1LH during normal officer hours. Copies can be acquired on payment of photocopying charges.

Any objections to the proposed Order should be made in writing stating the ground on which they are made or by email

by no later than 16th December 2022. Dated: 24th November 2022.
