NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR REVIEW OF PREMISES LICENCE


The LICENSING AUTHORITY of Stevenage Borough Council, Daneshill house, Danestrete, Stevenage SG1 1HN,

HEREBY GIVE NOTICE THAT HERTFORDSHIRE CONSTABULARY have applied to Stevenage Borough Council Licensing Authority on 17th day November 2022, for the review of the Premises Licence in respect of premises known as Lounge 72, 70 High Street, Stevenage under the Licensing Act 2003 on the grounds that as a Responsible Authority, Hertfordshire Constabulary do not consider the premises to be promoting the Licensing Objective of Prevention of Crime and Disorder, Public Safety, The Prevention of Public Nuisance, and The Protection of Children from Harm.

The application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Daneshill House, Danestrete, Stevenage, Herts, SG1 1HN.

Interested parties (e.g. people living in the vicinity) or Responsible Authorities (e.g. Police and Fire Brigade) can make representations at any time between 18th November 2022 until 15th December 2022.

All representations must be made in writing (including e-mail: licensing@stevenage.gov.uk)

It is an offence for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application. The maximum fine on conviction is £5000
