Licensing Act 2003 Notice Of Application For Variation Of Premises Licence

TAKE NOTICE that we Otterbeck Distillery Limited have applied to Craven District Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for the full variation of a premises licence in respect of premises known as Otterbeck Distillery, The Mill, Mark House Lane, Bell Busk, Skipton BD23 4DU FOR a full variation of the existing premises licence to add Retail of Alcohol for ON premises consumption for pre-booked guests on distillery tours Monday to Sunday 09:00 to 22:00. And to amend conditions to facilitate ON consumption.

Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives. Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Manager, 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton BD23 1FJ by Friday 16th December 2022. Any person wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to an unlimited fine.
