Notice is hereby given that We, Hunwick Cricket Club, have applied to the Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as HUNWICK CRICKET CLUB ROUGH LEA PLAYING FIELDS HEPWORTH LANE HUNWICK CROOK DL15 0RH for a New Premises Licence to permit the following proposed licensable activities: Live Music and Late Night Refreshment Saturday and Sunday 23:00 00:00 Indoors, Sale of Alcohol Monday to Thursday 12:00 21:30, Friday to Sunday 12:00 00:00 on sales only. The full application can be inspected at the Council's offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS by appointment, on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm.

A Responsible Authority or Other Party under the Licensing Act 2003 can make representations/objections to these applications. Representations must be made in writing by 15th December 2022 and sent to: Durham County Council, Licensing Services, PO Box 617, Durham, DH1 9HZ alternatively email: licensing@durham.gov.uk. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
