PENVIEW HOMES LTD of Lyndum, Penn Hill, Bedchester, Shaftesbury SP7 0JR is applying for planning permission to partially demolish and convert the existing industrial units and replace them with two residential dwellings and the remaining buildings to studio and parking at 1-3 The Avenue, Tisbury, Shaftesbury SP3 6JG requiring access via the track leading onto The Avenue which is of unknown ownership.
