Notice is hereby given that the Isle of Wight Council in not less than seven days from the appearance of this Notice, under Section 14 (1) (a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, proposes to make the following Orders: -
The Isle of Wight Council (Castle Street, Ryde, Isle of Wight) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order No 3 2022
Island Roads on behalf of The Isle of Wight Council give notice that from 0800 hours on Wednesday 7 December 2022 until 1500 hours on Saturday 17 December 2022, or when the works has been completed, no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed along Castle Street, between its junctions with George Street and Nelson Street. The alternative route will be signposted locally. The closure is required for safety during utility works.
