LICENSING ACT 2003 Application for a Premises Licence
I, Tharany Vickinarajah, hereby make an application for a Premises Licence in respect of Sivathurka News, 5 Aire Drive, South Ockendon, RM15 5AP.
The proposed licensable activity to be provided is the provision of the supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises.
Monday to Saturday 08:00hrs to 21:00hrs, on a Sunday 08:00hrs to 20:00hrs.
Responsible Authorities or any person may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Thurrock Council). All such representations shall be made in writing, by 16th December 2022.

licensing@thurrock.gov.uk. A record of the application, and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the Council's office address given above, between 10.00hrs and 4.00hrs Mondays to Fridays or on their website www.thurrock.gov.uk.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is level 5 on the standard scale.
