I give notice that the following applications have been made to the Local Planning Authority for planning permission:

APP/22/01407/P Demolition of the existing two/three storey rear element, convert the existing first and second floors to 4no. two bed flats, erection of 2no. three storey blocks of flats at the rear (to accommodate 18no. flats so 22no. in total) with associated access, parking and bin stores (28no flats in total). 123-125 High Street.

APP/22/01459/F Refurbishment and conversion of an existing industrial building into a new vehicle service repair centre - demolition of part of the existing building and replacement of hardstanding surface and hardstanding areas. Replace existing external wall and roof cladding. APP/22/01499/R Reserved Matters Application following Outline Planning Permission APP/21/0773/P for landscaping 4-6 Longfleet Road and 5-5a Parkstone Road, Poole.

APP/22/01523/F Removal of Condition 2 of Planning Permission APP/20/00422/F (following Original approval APP/17/01276/F) as described in that Description of Development to revise the list of approved plans to omit photovoltaics. Removal of Condition 7 of Planning Permission APP/20/00422/F (following Original approval APP/16/00830/F) as described in that Description of Development to allow for a change in the location of the bin store.
