Notice is hereby given that: I Mr Ismail Yalgi have made an application under Section 17 Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 for a new Premises Licence for the Premises known as Suvlaki Shoreditch, 161 Brick Lane, Shoreditch, London E1 6SB.

I intend to conduct on or from the premises the following licensable activities:
Provision of late night refreshment Sunday from 23:00 to 00:00 Monday to Wednesday from 23:00 to 03:00 Thursday to Saturday from 23:00 to 04:00
Opening Hours Sunday from 11:00 to 00:00 Monday to Wednesday from 11:00 to 03:00 Thursday to Saturday from 11:00 to 04:00.

The Licensing register listing full details of the application is kept and when the record of the application can be viewed from 10am and 4pm, Monday to Friday inclusive, at: Licensing Team, Environmental Health & Trading Standards, Mulberry Place, 5 Clove Crescent, London E14 2BG.

Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations on this application in writing to the Tower Hamlet Licensing, by not later than 8th December 2022.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
