Enniskillen Revitalisation Scheme Opening for Applications
The Department for Communities, in partnership with Fermanagh and Omagh District Council, are proposing a revitalisation project in Enniskillen which includes properties in: Church Street, High Street, Townhall Street, Eden Street, Water Street, Market Street, Middleton Street, the Diamond, East Bridge Street, East Bridge Place, Paget Square, Darling Street, Belmore Street, Wesley Street, Queen Elizabeth Road and Anne Street.
The project comprises of a shop front improvement scheme with projects to be completed by 31 March 2023.
The purpose of the scheme is to help increase trade, improve the appearance of the area, and attract visitors and shoppers.
The total cost of works can be no more than £4,999. With 80% of the value of works reimbursed to promoters.
The scheme will be open for applications on 29 November 2022 and will close at 12 noon on 21 December 2022.
Applications will be issued to Promoters at an information meeting on Tuesday 29 November 2022. Meetings will be held in the Townhall, Enniskillen at 8.30a.m., 12.30p.m., and 4.30p.m.
