NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE
UNDER SECTION 34 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that Lyme Bay Ltd has applied to Dorset Council to vary a premises licence in relation to Lyme Bay Cafe and Bar, 8 Bridge Street, Lyme Regis, DT7 3QA to permit alcohol to be supplied and consumed throughout the premises and to modify the premises plans to permit alcohol supplies throughout the premises.
To vary hours of opening and retail sale of alcohol to Monday to Sunday 09:00hrs to 23:00hrs.
The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the below address or online at www.dorsetcouncil.gov.uk.
Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to, Licensing, Dorset Council, County Hall, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1XJ or by email: licensing@dorsetcouncil.gov.uk. Such written representation must be received by 14/12/2022 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made in relation to the four objectives of the Licensing Act 2003.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
