The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highway (South West) (No.20) Order 2022." authorising the stopping up of an area of Forest Lane, at Chippenham in Wiltshire. This is to enable development as permitted by the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities under reference APP/Y3940/W/17/3191613.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or

(quoting NATTRAN/SW/S247/5210). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Wiltshire Council, Monkton Park, Chippenham, Wiltshire, SN15 1ER.
Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 24 November 2022.
