Pre-Application Public Information Event
Proposal: Proposed change of house type of approved 20 unit holiday home development granted under L/2021/0090/O & LA10/2016/0277/RM and lawfully commenced under LA10/2020/1176/LDP with enlarged site boundary to provide 32 No Eco Holiday Homes comprising a mix of three and four bedroom unit types ranging from 90 sq mt -190 sq mt for use as holiday accommodation with associated private parking, fishing pontoons, jetties, open space and landscaping using the existing approved access onto the public road.
Location: Lands at Inish Dacharne, Rossfad and Gublusk Killadeas Road Ballinamallard BT94 2LW accessing approximately 210mt northwest of 160 Killadeas Road Ballinamallard BT94 2LS.
Public Information Event will take place on Wednesday 7th December 2022 from 3pm - 7.30 pm in The Enniskillen Hotel, 72 Forthill St, Enniskillen BT74 6AJ.
