In accordance with Section 257 and paragraph 8 of Schedule 14 to the Town and Country Planning Act 190 notice is hereby given that on the 7"1 day of November 2022 Gloucestershire County Council certified that the alternative right of way required under the terms of the above Order has been created to its reasonable satisfaction. The Order has now taken effect.
