Temporary Road Closure 3/265 Tinkley Lane (Nympsfield Parish And Nailsworth Town) Stroud District

Gloucestershire County Council has made an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the 3/265 Tinkley Lane from its junction with the front street to outside the property known as Tinkley Farm for a total distance of approximately 2500 metres.

The reason for the closure is to carry out installation works in regards to the Gigaclear network. The road is expected to be closed from the 28th November 2022 until the 9th December 2022 only or until the works have been completed. Temporary Road Closure 47574 The Knoll (Stroud Town) Stroud District

Gloucestershire County Council intend to make an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the 47574 The Knoll from its junction with Upper Leazes to its junction with Parliament Street for a total distance of approximately 60 metres.

The reason for the closure is to install a new water connection.

The road is expected to be closed from the 12th December 2022 until the 14th December 2022

Temporary Closure Of Restricted Byway Mro 2 And Public Footpath Zst 58 (Rodborough Parish And Stroud Town) Stroud District

NOTICE is hereby given that the Secretary of State for Transport has further extended the Order to close temporarily under Sections 14, 15 and 16 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 (as amended) part of the Restricted Byway and Public Footpath as detailed below. Restricted Byway MRO 2 from its junction with Butterow Lane extending in a generally easterly direction for approximately 165 metres to its junction with Public Footpath ZST 58 before continuing for a further 190 metres in an easterly direction to its junction with A419, London Road.

The Restricted Byway and Public Footpath fall within the parish of Rodborough and Stroud Town in the Stroud District and in the County of Gloucestershire. The closure is necessary to safeguard the public from plant and work traffic whilst works to the rail embankment take place.

The Order came into force on the 6th June 2022 and was expected to remain closed until 30th July 2022. As the works were not completed within that time, it was necessary to extend the Order for the full six months. However, the works are still not complete and therefore an application to extend the closure was made to the Secretary of State, which was granted until 5th June 2023 or until the works are complete, whichever is earliest. Alternative route: as signed onsite. Pedestrian access to adjoining properties and emergency access will be maintained for the duration of the works.
