(Various Roads - Vale Of White Horse District Excluding The Parish Of North Hinksey) (Map Based) (Prohibition And Restriction Of Waiting And Permitted Parking) (Variation No.6) Order 2022
NOTICE is given that on 21st November 2022 Oxfordshire County Council made the above order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The order which comes into force on 28 November introduces 'No Waiting at Any Time' (Double Yellow Lines) parking restrictions as follows:
Springfield Road:
1) East side (a) extending the existing parking prohibition on the east side from the T-junction with the A417 Charlton Road by 9 metres, and
(b) from a point 73* metres south of the T- junction, south and eastwards and into Mary Shunn Way for a distance of 33 metres;
2) West side - Extend the existing double yellow lines by 69 metres;
3) Mary Shunn Way south side - new restriction from a point 45* metres east of Springfield Road, westwards and southwards into Springfield Road for a distance of 60 metres.
* All dimensions are approximate, taken from the centre of junctions.
The Oxfordshire County Council (Various Roads - Vale of White Horse District Excluding The Parish Of North Hinksey) (Map Based) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Permitted Parking) Order 2021 is further amended as necessary, updating Map Tile HA44 in the process.

If you wish to question the validity of this Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of this Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to this Order, you may within six weeks from 21 November 2022 apply to the High Court for this purpose. (Various Roads - South Oxfordshire) (Map Based) (Prohibition And Restriction Of Waiting And Permitted Parking) Order 2021 (Variation No.8) Order 2022
NOTICE is given that on 21 November 2022 Oxfordshire County Council made the above order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The order, which comes into force on 1 December introduces changes parking permissions and restrictions as follows:
A. Crowmarsh - remove a 32 metre section of 'No Waiting at Any Time' (double yellow lines) within the layby on the southern side of The Street, outside property Nos.74-82.
B. Henley - Resident Permit Holders Only parking:
Northfield End (northeast side):
i. A 5-metre bay outside property Nos.44 & 46,
ii. 17-metre bay outside property Nos.46 & 66,
iii. 35-metre bay extending southwards from opposite Leicester Close, and
iv. A 68-metre bay outside property Nos.70 to 98.
* Residents of Northfield End properties Nos.30 to 98 (northeast side) & Nos.35 to 63 (southwest side) will be eligible to apply for a permit.
Additionally, as a result of the above, sections of existing 'No Waiting at Any Time' (double yellow lines) will be adjusted and extra sections introduced to ensure parking is limited to residents only within the marked bays between the junction of the A4155 Marlow Road & No.98 Northfield End.
C. Didcot - Parking Prohibition:
B4493 Wantage Road (Both sides) - new 'No Waiting at Any Time' (double yellow lines) from its roundabout junction with Foxhall Road/Broadway, westwards to a point 25 metres west of the junction with Barley Fields. There is also an administrative amendment to the articles of the order relating to the removal of references to 'Parking Attendants' which have been replaced by 'Civil Enforcement Officers' under Traffic Management Act 2004. The Oxfordshire County Council (Various Roads - South Oxfordshire) (Map Based) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Permitted Parking) Order 2021 is amended as necessary, updating Map Tiles: HP113, GU65, GU66 & GW85 in the process.
