Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (C2145 Crown Lane to Mount Pleasant, Elmley Lovett) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Order made: to close that part of C2145 Crown Lane to Mount Pleasant from its junction with C2145 Sneads Green to its junction with U40010 Valley Lane. Reason: New water connection by Severn Trent Water. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2145 Crown Lane to Mount Pleasant, C2145 Crown Lane to Elmley Lovett, C2030 Elmley Lane, A442 Kidderminster Road, C2143 New Road, C2146 Sneads Green to Cutnall Green and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:
5 days Commencing: 28 November 2022.

(U22206 Sheltwood Lane, Bentley Pauncefoot) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Order made: to close that part of U22206 Sheltwood Lane from its junction with C2045 Copyholt Lane to its junction with U22207 High House Lane.
Reason: Carriageway resurfacing and surface dressing
by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U22207 High House Lane, B4184 Alcester Road, C2045 Holyoakes Lane, C2045 Copyholt Lane and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 14 days Commencing: 28 November 2022.

(Bromsgrove District) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2022 [Prohibition of Waiting on Chapel Lane and Hagley Wood Lane, Clent]

On 10 November 2022 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of roads in Clent: Chapel Lane (North-west side): From a point 28 metres south-west of its junction with Hagley Wood Lane to a point 28 metres north-east of that junction Hagley Wood Lane (East/north-east side): From its junction with Chapel Lane for 22.5 metres in a northerly direction. From a point 85 metres north-west of its junction with Chapel Lane for 128 metres in a north­westerly direction. From a point 282 metres north-west of its junction with Chapel Lane to a point 434 metres north-west of that junction.
Hagley Wood Lane (West/south-west side): From its junction with Chapel Lane for 22.5 metres in a northerly direction. From a point 181.5 metres north-west of its junction with Chapel Lane for 20.5 metres in a north­westerly direction. From a point 218 metres north-west of its junction with Chapel Lane to a point 434 metres north-west of that junction.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on 1 December 2022.

(U21402 Pumphouse Lane and U21402 Pike Hill, Lickey and Blackwell) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Order made: to close that part of U21402 Pumphouse Lane and U21402 Pike Hill from its junction with U21401 Linthurst Road to its junction with C2151 Brookhouse Road.
Reason: Carriageway patching by WCC. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2151 Brookhouse Road, C2151 Shepley Road, U21401 Linthurst Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 12 days Commencing: 28 November 2022.

(B4096 Alcester Road, Bromsgrove) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Order made: to close that part of B4096 Alcester Road from its junction with C2157 Greenhill to the most Southerly junction with U21453 Alcester Road. Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: B4096 Alcester Road, B4096 Hewell Lane, B4184 Foxlydiate Roundabout, B4184 Birchfield Road, A448 Bromsgrove Highway, A38 Bromsgrove Eastern Bypass, A38 Birmingham Road, A38 Lickey End Roundabout (M42 J1) B4096 Alcester Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days Commencing: 28 November 2022.
