Notice is given that Thomas Shaw has applied to Dorset Council for a new premises licence in respect of Nest Together Ltd, 51 The High Street, Shaftesbury, Dorset. SP7 8JE for regulated entertainment and the provision of alcohol generally between the hours of 9:00 - 23:00 Tuesday - Saturday.
Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations by e-mailing: licensingteamb@dorsetcouncil.gov.uk or writing to, Licensing, Dorset Council, South Walks House, South WalksRoad, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1UZ within 28 days from the date of this notice.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
