APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE (Section 17)

Notice is hereby given that John Dory Seafood Ltd has applied to Newham Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Bamboo Mat, 21-24 Victory Parade, London E20 1FS to allow on and off sales of alcohol Monday to Sunday 12:00 to 22:30 hours and opening hours Monday to Sunday 12:00 to 23:00 hours.

Newham Council's Licensing Register is kept at the office of the Licensing Team, Grassroots Centre, Memorial Avenue, London, E15 3DB. (open 1pm to 4.45pm Monday to Friday), 020 3373 1925, where details of the application may be inspected.

Any representations against the application must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Team at the above address, by no later than the 15 December 2022. Individuals, businesses and other bodies may make representations in relation to the application. Representations must be relevant and can only be on the licensing objectives of the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance, and the protection of children from harm. Copies of all representations will be sent to the applicant Persons making representations will have to appear at the Councils Licensing Sub-Committee.

Note: It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine which is unlimited for an applicant to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application,
