Planning Permission Is Sought For The Following:

Demolition of existing rear extension, part demolition of existing detached garage, and construction of a single storey rear extension to include alterations to fenestration (revised application from 22/0656/HSE).
Reason: Green Belt.

22/1894/HSE/HHO:
11 The Avenue, Potters Bar, EN6 1EG.
Part single, part two storey side and rear extensions, conversion of loft to form habitable space including rear dormer and insertion of roof lights to side elevations, new porch canopy and alterations to fenestration.
Reason: Conservation Area.

Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice.

Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.

If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
