Ar 6 Hydref 2022, cadarnhaodd Cyngor Sir Penfro y gorchymyn uchod. Bydd effaith y gorchymyn fel y'i cadarnhawyd yn gwyro'r rhan honno o Iwybr cyhoeddus SP8/4 yng nghymuned Cosheston sy'n cychwyn o Bwynt A (Cyfeirnod Grid OS SM99270462), yn rhedeg i gyfeiriad y gogledd-ddwyrain i Bwynt B (Cyfeirnod Grid OS SM99330471), ac yn troi tua'r de-ddwyrain i Bwynt C (Cyfeirnod Grid OS SM99490456), fel y'i nodir ar fap y gorchymyn gan linell ddu drom a pharhaus, i linell sy'n cychwyn o Bwynt A (Cyfeirnod Grid OS SM99270462) ac sy'n rhedeg i gyfeiriad y de-ddwyrain i Bwynt C (Cyfeirnod Grid OS SM99490456), fel y'i nodir ar fap y gorchymyn gan linell ddu drom a thoredig.
Gosodwyd copi o'r gorchymyn, fel y'i cadarnhawyd, a map y gorchymyn yn yr Is-adran Cynllunio Datblygu, Cyfarwyddiaeth Datblygu, Cyngor Sir Penfro, Neuadd y Sir, Hwlffordd, a gellir eu gweld am ddim rhwng 9am a 5pm ar ddyddiau gwaith. Gellir prynu copi'au o'r gorchymyn a'r map yno am £2.68.
Daeth y gorchymyn i rym ar 7 Hydref2022, ond os bydd rhywun a dramgwyddir gan y gorchymyn am gwestiynu ei ddilysrwydd, neu ddilysrwydd unrhyw ddarpariaeth sydd ynddo, ar y sail nad yw o fewn y pwerau a roddir gan Ddeddf Priffyrdd 1980 (fel y'i diwygiwyd), neu ar y sail na chydymffurfiwyd ag unrhyw ofyniad yn y Ddeddf (fel y'i diwygiwyd), neu unrhyw reoliad a wnaed oddi tan y Ddeddf mewn perthynas S'r gorchymyn, gall wneud cais i'r Uchel Lys, o dan baragraff 2 o Atodlen 2 i'r Ddeddf, fel y'i cymhwysir gan baragraff 5 o Atodlen 6 i'r Ddeddf, o fewn chwe wythnos o 23 Tachwedd 2022. Notice Of Confirmation Of An Order
Highways Act 1980, Section 119 The Pembrokeshire County Council Footpath No.Sp8/4 In The Community Of Cosheston Public Path Diversion Order 2022
On the 6th October 2022 Pembrokeshire County Council confirmed the above order. The effect of the order as confirmed will divert that part of public footpath SP8/4 in the community of Cosheston commencing from Point A (OS (OS Grid reference SM99270462) running in a north east direction to Point B (OS Grid Reference SM99330471) turning south east to Point C (OS Grid Reference SM99490456) as marked on the Order map by a continuous bold black line to a line commencing from Point A (OS Grid Reference SM99270462) and running in a south east direction to point C (OS Grid Reference SM99490456) as marked on the Order map by a broken bold black line, as marked on the Order map by a broken bold black line. A copy of the order as confirmed and the order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge at the Development Planning Division, Development Directorate, Pembrokeshire County Council, County Hall, Haverfordwest, from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. on working weekdays. Copies of the order and map may be bought there at the price of £2.68.
The order came into force on the 7th October 2022, but if a person aggrieved by the order wants to question its validity, or that of any provision contained in it, on the ground that it is not within the powers of Highways Act 1980, as amended, or on the ground that any requirement of the Act, as amended, or of any regulation made under the Act has not been complied with in relation to the order, he or she may, under paragraph 2 of Schedule 2 to the Act as applied by paragraph 5 of Schedule 6 to the Act, within 6 weeks from the 23rd November 2022, make an application to the High Court.
