(Waiting, Loading, Stopping and Parking Places) (Consolidation) (Ammendment No.*) order 2021
PTO1039-5097 & PTO1041-5099

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Southend-on-Sea City Council proposes to make the amendments to the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended

2. The general effect of the Orders will be

PTO1039-5097 - Hampton Gardens (Bend)

To introduce No Waiting at Any Times restrictions (double yellow lines) on the South side of the road, on bend of Hampton Gardens; from the common boundary No.80 & No.82 to the common boundary of No.94 & No.96

To extend the existing No Waiting at Any Time restrictions (double yellow lines on the North side of the road, on the bend of Hampton Gardens, in the northern direction, to opposite the common boundary of No.94 & No.96.

PTO1041-5099 - Kathleen Drive (Bend)

To introduce No Waiting at Any Times restrictions (double yellow lines) on the South side of the road, on bend of Kathleen Drive, from the existing restrictions at the junction to opposite the common boundary of No.5 & No.7.

4. Comments on the proposals together with the reasons for which they are made must be in writing to the Business Change and Development Team at the address below or by email to traffweb@southend.gov.uk by no later than 07 December 2022

5. All written representations received concerning Traffic Regulation Orders are public documents that may be inspected by any person on demand.
