PRE APPLICATION CONSULTATION PUBLIC EVENT

Proposal: Solar Array and Battery Storage over 50 MW and associated works and infrastructure.

Site Location: Land at Loch Fergus Dairy Farm, Ayr, South Ayrshire, KA6 6ER.

A drop in event is being held for the purposes of community consultation for this development proposal.

The in person event will take place on Tuesday 6th December at Claude Hamilton Memorial Hall 25, Hill Head, Coylton, Ayr KA6 6JT between the hours of 3:00pm and 7:00pm. In addition to the in person event, there will also be a project website where information can be obtained and feedback given. The website will be available from the 28th November and will remain open until after the application has been submitted to the Scottish Government's Energy Consent Unit. Please note at this stage any comments made to the developers website will be treated in confidence and not directly passed onto South Ayrshire Council or the Scottish Government's Energy Consents Unit. There will be an opportunity to make formal comments to the Energy Consents Unit when the section 36 application for the proposal is submitted.
