To whom It may Concern: I OBEN SARI do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority (Conwy County Borough Council) for the variation of our Premises Licence at 155 Mostyn str, llandudno LL30 2PE known as Topolino Ben's Pizzeria the application Is to: - extend closing hours, late night refreshments and alcohol on and off premises. Monday - Thursday 08.00am - 00.00 midnight Sunday 08.00am - 00.30am Friday - Sat 8.00 am - 01.00am
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Head of Licensing Services, PO Box1, Conwy, LL30 9GN not later than 28 days after the date of this notice (as below). Representations received after this date will not be considered.

A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000.
