Cadogan Terrace, Stopping Up of Highway

The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highways (East) (No.27) Order 2022" authorising the stopping up of of two lengths of Cadogan Terrace, at Pitsea in the Borough of Basildon. This is to enable development as permitted by Basildon Borough Council under reference 20/00105/FULL.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/E/S247/5201). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at High Road Post Office, 81 High Road, Pitsea, Basildon, SS13 3BB.

Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 21 November 2022.
