Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Winecases Limited has applied to Brighton and Hove City Council to vary a premises licence in relation to Cases, 34-35 Western Road, Hove, BN3 1AF. The variation proposes to modify con­dition 2 which restricts the number of customers attending the premise and condition 3 which restricts the type of alcohol sold. To also add the basement to the licensable area on the plan.
