Notice Of Application For Variation Of Premises Licence Under The Licensing Act 2003

The Cedar Tree applied to the City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 18/11/22 for a licence to use the premises at 56 Westgate Shipley BD18 3QX for the sale by retail of alcohol off the premises and extension to opening hours.

Representation should be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Argus Chambers, Hall Ings, Bradford, BD1 1HX by 16/12/22. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09:00-17:00 Monday to Thursday and 09:00-16:30 Friday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, 18/11/22.
