NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, have, under its relevant powers, made the following Order: U91015, Upper Hergest, Lower Hergest, Temporary Road Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicleson the U91015, Upper Hergest, Lower Hergest, Bouvine Cottage to the junction of the C1069 from New house Farm to the C1072 road. Grid Ref: 327208 / 327601. There is no alternate route for those affected by this proposal

The said closure is required due to rural fibre installation works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 1st of December 2022 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 9 days.
