(Various Roads, Swindon) (One Way) Amendment Order 2022

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 that the Council made the above Order for administrative purposes to correct the details of the existing one way restrictions on Birch Street, Stratton Road, Dammas Lane, Commercial Road (Backroad between No's 96 - 100) and Penzance Drive as well as revoking old traffic orders that are no longer applicable. The Order will be operative as of 21 November 2022.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks from 16 November 2022 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
