Town and Country Planning Act 1990 Section 257 and Paragraph 1 of Schedule 14, Herefordshire Council, Footpath FWD5 (Part) Fownhope Public Path Diversion Order 2022

The above order was made on 11th October, 2022 by Herefordshire Council ("the Council").
The effect of the order, if confirmed without modification, will be to divert that part of Public Footpath FWD5 in the Parish of Fownhope running
From OS Grid Reference SO 5752 3474 to OS Grid Reference SO 5751 3469.
An alternative Footpath will be created, being 2 metres in width, running from OS Grid Reference SO 5752 3474 to OS Grid Reference SO 5751 3469.

If no representations or objections are duly made, or, if any so made, are withdrawn, the Council may itself confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State, Department of Environment Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation, any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
